1.niat
-bada antara talbiyat dengan niat.
talbiyat di lafalkan sedangkan niat  tidak .maka,niat tak usah di lafalkan
2.takbir sambil mengangkat kedua tangan sejajar pundak atau telinga,tangan menghadap kiblat.
3.berdiri menghadap kiblat,kepla menunduk.
4.iftitah
-banyak sekalimacamnya tidak hanya satu terserah pilih yang mana.
5.Al-fatihah dan surat AL-Qur'an
-subuh dan isya' di sunnahkan berdiri yang lama ,magrib sebentar .boleh membaca 2surat dlm 1 rokaat.
6.takbir seperti di awal
7.ruku' dengan meletakkan tangan di lutut dan menekaan dengan menegakkan tangan ,punggung harus lurus,mata menghadap lurus ke bawah.
8.i'tidal dengan mengangkat tangan seperti di awal
9.bersedekap?menjulurkan tangan sama saja
10.turun menuju sujud dengan mendahulukan tangan agar tidak menyerupai keledai
11.sujud dengan menempelkan dahi dan hidung sambil di tekan merentangkan tangan
12.duduk di antara 2 sujud dengan menegakkan kaki kiri
13.sujud seperti di awal
14.bangkit dari sujud duduk terlebih dahulu (tidak langsung berdiri)kemudian menjadi tangan sebagai tumpuan
